My Therapeutic Approach:

I work with a holistic, integrative, and neuroaffirming perspective. My therapeutic approach combines a range of evidence-based and empirically supported methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Schema Therapy, mindfulness practices, existential perspectives, polyvagal-informed interventions, and biofeedback techniques, all aimed at enhancing emotional regulation, stress resilience, and mind–body awareness. I also integrate music and art therapy methods to foster self-expression, emotional processing, and personal insight. Together, these approaches provide a comprehensive and rigorously supported framework for psychological, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing.
